Frostscape

Had to be in sharp today as we were interviewing for the post of Area Convener in Highland and Moray Area Support Team. This is a volunteer position and with the local team they lead the management locally of the children's hearings system. We will make an announcement early next week.

As is now routine for these appointments, we have a young person with care experience on the interview panel. Always adds a new dimension to the discussion and their perceptions helpful. We always seem to agree on the candidate, but sometimes for different reasons!

Lots of emails to catch up on and some new issues to address.
