Herding sheep

Ok, so this is a picture from yesterday, primarily because we have barely left the house today.  The local shepherd was moving his sheep, we met him later on our walk and had a lovely chat with him. Wonderful chap, well into his '80's. 

The plans were different, then a tired, winging toddler changed them, along with the rain.  Normally we're out in the rain to get fresh air and entertainment, but the toddler was not in the mood.  

Truth be told, the parents (especially mother) were feeling the effects of the night before, yep, three whole glasses of prosecco, which meant the day was never going to be great.  Sorry 2017, haven't given you the best start.  Maybe a good nights sleep will help it start properly tomorrow.
