Saffron Walden

This morning we drove to Saffron Walden to stay with Cliona and Fred who also used to live in Belgium. We haven't seen them for quite a while, so it's been lovely catching up and reminiscing.

The weather was perfect too and we went for a walk around the lovely little town and through the gardens. We even attempted to do the Maze in the gardens, but it was too difficult and we couldn't find our way to the middle and gave up!

When we got back to theirs, we had apéro in the garden, followed by a BBQ and a rather late night!
