Salt'n'peppers
A half hour on the bike this morning, disturbed only by the air conditioning unit dripping water on to the equipment. The gym chap came and was watching me for a while. I thought he wanted to chat to me about my complaints, as several of the staff have done. But no, he thought I had the pedals too long. And sure enough, when he moved the seat closer, I could still do it. I hadn't even bothered trying, because I never could do that before. Small flexibility improvements, but I'll never be able to get down on my knees and scrub the floor like I used to do. *ahem*
Watched the women's finals. Venus faded in the second set, which was a shame.
We are expecting two drookit travellers. They are arriving later, much later, on their motorbikes. Not my idea of fun, especially in relentless mizzle...
Here's Archie examining our new objets - salt'n'pepper salt'n'pepper schnauzers. Our American friends gave them to us. Archie likes them.
EDIT: Check out Archie on the motor bike!
