Afternoon tea

Penny woke me up at 3am saying she had a stinking headache. I gave her some tablets and put her in bed with me. She then got up saying she felt sick and she vomited a couple of times. I went to sleep in her bed and I started to feel sick. I ended up vomiting too. I’d promised Anne I’d go for a run with her at 8am but I had to send her a message to say that I wouldn’t go.  Penny and Bibi had been asked to work an extra day today and Penny wasn't too keen on going but I think Bibi managed to persuade her to go and Ben dropped them both off at 10am. I had tummy ache all day and didn’t really do a great deal. Ben and I had an appointment in the morning at Steil to discuss the design of our new kitchen. We were there for an hour and a half. Jack had the day off and he went for a walk with Anthony, Annette and Andrew along the beach to Haven. I drove there later and met them on the beach with a flask of tea. Bibi came with me but Penny was fast asleep and I decided to let her sleep. For dinner, we had curry and then we watched ‘School of Rock’. Jack, Andrew, Trystan and Rhodri went to Venu.
