Confusing fall warblers indeed!

This is actually from Tuesday - and I was very fortunate to be off work.I had to take off a day because I was supposed to have jury duty , but all of the cases were settled out of court. (Yay- a day outside!) I am posting late because I am finally trying to get the front of the house to have a flower bed in front of it , and it is a rock filled ,clay soiled mess. Needless to say, when I have been home early enough to do so and  work on the bed, I am totally wiped out by the time I exercise and make dinner . There has been no ambition to even pick up the computer or the camera. So this little warbler has sat here all week waiting to be posted.In all of that time I still have not figured out what it is. (What a surprise)In extras however, is a fuzzy  blue gray gnatcatcher.(Thrilled I was..) I am surprised I even caught it! I saw a flutter in the leaves and pointed the camera and shot. So it's a little out of focus , but it is the only one I have ever managed to catch.
The weekend has been rainy - got wet at the first football game of the year, and my friend's annual jazz in the yard party. This year it was jazz on the porch. 
So I will get the camera out again and hopefully there will be bugs or butterflies or something out there to shoot a photo of.
