Remembrance

I got the bus to town today. A mother with 6 children from about 11 down to one in a pushchair got on. She had her hands full, especially as the toddler was sick. She cleared it up, but had to open the window, so there was a very cold draught. That’ll teach me to go at half term, especially as the streets and Eldon Square were heaving. No pun intended

However I had success in getting gold shoes for our golden wedding celebration. I went to pick up some tickets for Scottish Ballet for a trest for Mr C, (he prefers Ballet and I prefer opera). and saw this installation which has appeared outside Theatre Royal. Next year is the100anniversary of the end of WW1, so I don’t know if it is here till then.
