Montpellier's
1. A very chatty and enthusiastic, though possibly ultimately un productive meeting at Napier University Institute of Creative Industries. Two hours of solid conversation and I am glad for the walk through a very sunny and very familiar part of Edinburgh.
2. I used to go out with a boy who lived round here and it's nice to be back, literally strolling down memory lane. Lots of things have changed - a million new cafes and nice gift shops but this place hasn't. Spent a lot of time in Montpellier's in the past. It's looking rather inviting in the evening sun.
3. Once back in Glasgow I meet Stef and her pals Mim and Robin for a swift drink before heading to the theatre.
4. Medea. An hour and a half straight through.
5. To the 13th Note for post tragedy analysis and it's not til way later that I discover that Robin's job is a professional musician with Yann Tiersen and tours all over the world. It was lovely to hear about that and his music. A very cool night.
