Allosaurus by Thomas

Daughters and grandchildren came for lunch. It was cold but dry so we all played in the woods. They climbed trees, made two dens, and splodged in the “swamp”.

Thomas, aged 5, brought this picture to show us. He had drawn it from memory, coloured it then cut it out. I love it!

After they got back from the woods they had a snack and then played schools in the office/library. Ella was Mrs Logan. She wrote a register of the pupils, and made a note to go above Mister Thomas’s desk, saying “If anyone is nortie they must see Mister Thomas HERE.“.

Meanwhile James, 3, entertained us by telling us a made up story, with exaggerated actions, voIces and facial expressions. He’d have to stop to tell us “No laughing!”

The highlight for Ella was that her wobbly tooth came out. She was so excited, and it didn’t even hurt she told us. I took a picture of her gap.

We had a very entertaining day!
