Snaw at Da Villians

More light snow showers continue, but a lovely calm day and some sunny spells.  It even warmed up, and crept just over zero degrees.  A calm clear night, with the odd flurry of snow.

Another day working on the museum desk, and another quiet day it's been.  The quiet day gave me a chance to work with the photo archive, and update my unknown people exhibition.  It's been a quiet evening at home, but I have been out walkies with Sammy.  I could feel it warmer tonight, as I had to take off my toorie kep (woolly Fair Isle hat) and gloves.  Movies and feet up by the fire.

Curiosity got the better of me, and headed down the road at lunchtime for a walk.  There was still very little snow around mam's, we seem to have far more in Scalloway.  This is different snow to what we usually get, it's finer and drier, and I prefer it :)  Taken at Da Villians croft, with a dusting of snow on the hills, Cunningsburgh.
