A day late for yesterday's Philosophy Friday, but this beautiful creature appeared whilst we were having an oh so rare alfresco lunch.
For scale that's a snapped kebab skewer she's climbing along. Identified with the help of my wonderful copy of Britain's Spiders from Wild Guides, truly a labour of love, it has every British species listed and photos of all that can be distinguished by photo alone. Amazing.
