On the way home.

Back taking J to the airport again.

On the way out it was frosty and misty. The mist on the water was beautiful but I had no time to stop and blip. This made up for it....a wee bit...on the way home.

I must pull myself into line now that my cold is beginning to go...slowly. Back to healthy eating and pre- knee replacement exercises.

Mondays....what can I say!
