Fun at the lake

The series of three lakes at Testwood, near the Hampshire town of Totton are primarily a reservoir to supply water for parts of Southampton and the local area and are close to the rivers Blackwater and the Test.
But it is probably best known as  a nature reserve run by the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Trust.
One of the  lakes is also open for boating activities tun by the 4th New Forest and North Eling Sea Scouts and boating activities for scout troops and recognised youth groups.
The 4th New Forest North (Eling) Sea Scout group has its headquarters building alongside the lake and is the base for watersport activities with a purpose built pontoon.
Today it was great to see youngsters training on the water.
