Church on the Hill

A striking view of the church on the hill today with high water at Eling.

Its position on the hill commands a view over the village, and down to the waters edge and beyond.

Church historians will also tell you it can claim to be the tenth oldest church in England.

Across the creek today it presents an imposing profile
