Exploring Glasgow
We had abit of a lay in and a lazy breakfast before heading for the Hunterian Museum in Glasgow Uni.A fascinating collection of everything from old medical instruments to a meteor that landed near Glasgow https://www.gla.ac.uk/news/archiveofnews/2004/march/headline_29251_en.html
I could have spent hours there looking at all the well displayed and interestingly labelled items.
We walked through some of the old university buildings and I liked the arches in the Clositers. Some think the building may have been the influence for Hogwarts in Harry Potter and it’s understandable why,a very impressive building with a good feeling .
We were in need of lunch before our train journey back and found the ideal place called The Hill.I had sizzling chicken fajitas which were delicious.
We caught a ‘Hammond car ‘ to the station and managed to get our first class seats although the air con did not work so we had a very hot journey back .
Collected David and went to see Muse , The drones tour film at The Vue .
