Not the next house

When the house was vacated (by the idiot tenant) this apartment next door was vacated also.

But whilst the house is now virtually ready to be rented out this apartment needs a similar treatment - new paint and new air con unit and that's about it. It'll need a new toilet but that's no big deal.

However this one is going to have to wait until at least the next two houses are done. So I was kinda thinking that i might spend the weekends getting this one ready again.

So spent a couple of hours today clearing it out. Unlike the house where it was cleared and everything put out for the bin men, the tenant in this one more or less walked away from it.

Finding a used nappy was just about the most gross thing I've ever found. Also found some photographs so passed them to someone who might know the old tenant. I couldn't throw them in the trash.

Really looking forward to getting cracking on this one though and it shouldn't cost much to sort out either which is nice. It does have the red front painted inside as well which is more than annoying....
