The Handsome Neighbor Awaits

Apparently, there are lots of handsome neighbors around.  I'm not sure who this is because I think he lives next door and not in my building.  The black cat in my building, (Handsome Neighbor Buddy's roommate) is Bagheera and he's quite shy.  I don't think he would have gotten close to Lizzie like this fellow did yesterday.   He was sitting on my doorstep this morning and Lizzie paid attention but she didn't want to go out and he ran off as soon as he realized she was watching him.  
Another day of feline drama.
