First Aid

Four of us from work attended an Emergency First Aid course at the college today. It was an excellent course, covering everything from cuts to CPR. Here is Nicola practising her bandaging on Debbie. I hope we never have to use these skills for real, but we are now better prepared than we were before and a lot more confident, too.
