Oscar had his first visit to a beach - Portwrinkle with The Exile! At first he pounced on the shingly beach, he tried drinking the water and then didn't go near it again, then he discovered seaweed! He loves seaweed! I know have the long piece he is carrying in my back garden!
It was a beautiful day to be by the sea, and we had the beach to ourselves. I was anxious on the journey there and back and miss-swallowed on the first sweet potato chip I had in the cafe so I went outside and  looked at the calming sea whilst The Exile ate them and her pasty!
