Sofa teaparty

Katie slept through last night, well til 430. She was in her big snuggly Jammies so I suspect that helped. She woke up content and happy, but wanting to come downstairs straight away. She watched an episode of Charlie and lola on netflix (which she can totally self-navigate now). I love seeing how she develops and changes - she now really laughs at things on the stories she watches and is getting a good concept of things that are funny. She has had a concept of that for quite a long time- an ability to know that she is doing something that will make me laugh, but now she understands what other people find funny too, and picks up on more subtle humour.

She then turned off Charlie and Lola and started this teaparty. It involved emptying the contents of most of her kitchen onto the sofa. Whilst wearing her ballet dress up. She's currently tasked with choosing her own clothes for the day, I look forward to seeing what she comes up with. It can be quite a risk Giving her free reign over this task!
