Viera Wetlands bonanza!

We had an awesome birding adventure this morning. We saw so many wonderful creatures that I included four extra shots for Blip today.
The shot above is of a pair of red shouldered hawks. We saw one flying and calling, and then the second bird appeared, and much to our delight they perched right in front of us!
One of my favorite sights is the first in extras, the roseate spoonbill. Now that's a name I can remember!
The second extra is a bald eagle right after snagging a fish. Unfortunately, it dropped the fish and before it could retrieve it again, a great blue heron approached. We do not know the end of the story.
And last but not least, in the extras, is a raccoon that was disturbed from its sleep and came out of its dead tree to look around.
It was a great day!
