Seagull

Today we went to Lake Rotoiti, for a picnic with the family clan. Unfortunately we couldn't stay long after lunch, as had to get back to milk.

As you can imagine, there were heaps of seagulls and ducks around, scavenging food from our lunch. The ducks were actually sneaking up on us, raising their necks and nicking food right out of our hands. The cheeky things!

I took a walk down to the jetty to take a photo of the lake, but instead took a picture of this gull - one of quite a few that were flying around us. There were also heaps of eels swimming around under the jetty, as well as this Rainbow Trout. I wish I had my fishing rod with me!
