Aaargghhhh

This morning when I was changing Dex's nappy something felt like it snapped in my back. I've never really had back problems before (apart from the odd twinge during pregnancy) and admittedly I couldn't hold the tears back as I got such a shock as I could barely move. I somehow managed to get to work and went to see the nurse and sat in the massage chair for a while which bloody hurt. It has eased off slightly as the day has progressed and I am so relieved that I didn't have to demonstrate the above blip !
