Prepare for warmth

After the most delightful weekend of bobbing around the country seeing people, I always love coming home!

I’ve seen family and friends in Oxford and Portsmouth, run in new places, eaten lots of food, skimmed lots of stones and jumped on trampolines. Delightful.

But cycling through the quarry in the sunshine this morning, I realised that there’s no other place I’d rather be. I do love Shrewsbury.

First job this evening after work was to get the lawn mowed. Now the race is on for the first BBQ of the year. Not tonight though, the pub is calling.
