Ornamentally

It was the Minx's mum's birthday recently but I missed the celebratory meal, so we are having an encore, this evening. For a present, I'd already bought her some handmade chocs from the excellent shop, Chocolat, in Kirkby Lonsdale but that felt a little unimaginative. Something else was required!

So at lunchtime I went out for a walk to the shops to see if I could find her something for her garden, which is peppered with a variety ornaments. I liked this little fellow as soon as I saw him and so, too, I think, did the Minx's mum when I presented him at dinner.
