In the river

We took the boys to Cragside to the adventure playground. They are just the right age for it and can do all the stuff with confidence. We walked to the lake for our picnic and the played about till we went for ice cream.

Disappointed that there was none as the generator was broken, we drove back to the village and bought them there, then went to the river. It was handy to play by the bridge as we had a few showers.

Mr C has driven them home while I get tidied up for Chloe and Graham arriving from London tomorrow, to stay the night.
