Bowl me over.

Full house at the gym this morning and it was nice to see all the Sunday crowd. I did my best ever  score on the Sprint8 so I was happy about that. As I walked passed the tennis club, I saw the elderly gentleman playing a game of bowls with his mates.  Well done to him  for having a go, although I dread to think what would happen if that  stick gave way. I had a nice walk home. and it was a bit cooler so I didn't perspire as much. J was home not long after, and is now reclining on the settee. He has such a hard life:-) I am cooking a pork joint which we will have cold tomorrow. We are having a Chinese meal later,which we didn't fancy last night, so that is nice & easy.
