Diary of an Edinburgher

Windows cleaned

A sunny day, and Archie was pleased to go out with Becky and Daniel at 10am. He was back in time for a quick brush up, then Elizabeth came to get him. What a lucky dog he is!

Our window cleaner came while Archie was keeping a look out for Becky - and he was sort of in the way for Archie to keep a proper look out for them.

I watched the Ireland/Samoa game, but lost interest because it was so one sided. Wonder what will happen tomorrow with the Scotland/Japan match. I'll be quite annoyed, nay - ashamed - if the SRU take legal action if their game is cancelled. They signed up to the conditions.

I fiddled about with my playlists, and eventually got them all organised and playing on my Bose speaker in the lounge from my phone, which sounds straightforward, but wasn’t. We pottered about, and wandered over to our local cafe for a coffee, and for JR to practise using Apple Pay.

A few visitors this afternoon for a wee glass of something and a few nibbles. A pleasant evening followed, with nibbles, chit chat and wine flowing.
