Turning a Corner

It was much too nice a day to be in the gym, so instead I took the opportunity for a walk, starting out in heavy fog and experiencing all of its stages as it dispersed as the sun burnt through.  In the end I walked just over 13 miles along the Essington and Wyrley Canal, finishing up just over 4 miles from home.

I came upon this scene as I turned a bend in the canal just before Brownhills.
