Milder Monday

Our trip to Carlisle was put on hold. Grey and damp this morning and email message to say 3 parcels expected tomorrow would come today..
( they did) 
So a walk along Channel side. What was just a flat area of gravel outside the dock museum has been transformed. They have planted 6 huge pine trees and laid turf. What a difference! I'm assuming the size and thickness of the trunk was chosen in the hope that vandals will not destroy them. Must have cost a lot..but it looks good .

A quick dash into Tesco as the fridge was empty. I've friends who shop at the same place on exactly the same day and time every single week.. so very organised.. but I'm happy with spontaneous  shopping. 

So busy looking at everyone's blips I almost missed a spectacular  sunset. Dashed out quick.
