Looking North Toward Cayucos, CA, USA

Late this afternoon we were returning to the little community of Cayucos after making a quick trip for groceries in the next community south from here -- Morro Bay. This slight rise in the road gives a nice view of the community just before entering it. We've grown very fond of this place.

It's been cold, somewhat windy, but overall these January vacation days are quite lovely.

We had never seen a hang-glider here in Cayucos. Look carefully in the center of the photo . . . there it is.
