Sunny Saturday

A chilli but beautifully sunny parkrun this morning. It’s probably because I’m too unfit to try too hard, but I am enjoying just running for the fun of it rather than constantly clock watching and making myself sick. Happily bumped into two of my favourite ministers who were also out enjoying a walk in the sunshine. I do love Shrewsbury.

Onto Groove Cottage for a walk along the canal, a few games of you know what and a curry feast. Lovely.
