I Didn't Feel a Thing!

Finally got to the dentist today. I was quite nervous but I always tell myself that other people and animals are going through far worse on a daily basis so I must pull myself together!

I needn't have worried though - after being numbed up I lay through 40 minutes of drilling, scraping then cementing a post, impressions and fixing the temporary crown. I didn't feel any pain. I get the proper one next Friday. 

A soft diet was recommended, so porridge, soup, curries and yoghurt will be on the menu.

I saw this leaflet in the waiting room and thought - Yes, actually there are!
