not falling heavily enough to get us a day off work. I took this shot at 6.30 this morning....I think the misty bit at the top is my breath.

Visit to the dentist this morning....the glued in crown that he fitted in 2011 and which fell out last December has fallen out again. The bad news is he can't glue it back in so I need root canal treatment and a permanent crown fitting....the good news is because he recommended the glue in option I don't have to pay for the replacement....so that's several hundred £s saved.

Home from work tonight feeling strange....hot...but shivering......headache.....dry throat....cough....the Boss says it's the flu....we'll see.

Doped up on medicine, paracetamol and cold and flu relief capsules....and out to the quiz....we won....again....57-43.

Back home and feeling crap....so it's whisky, lemon, honey and hot water...this posted and then banished to the spare room.
