Finally back on the beach

Not running yet but delighted to enjoy a restorative walk in the morning sunshine. The beach was actually very busy with the Green Coffee Van doing a roaring trade. Was it my imagination or were people happier to be outside than in the confines of a cafe as C19 hysteria continues to mount? Sleeping in afternoon is part of the doctor’s prescription as I have a busy week in prospect - all being well next week.
