This young Flycatcher...

was watching me suspiciously as I cowered behind a magnificent Beech both to photograph him and his adult and shelter from a brief shower. Enjoyed a good walk in hot sun in spells and the odd rain shower, better than snow! Much warmer today.
Watched a Red kite being mobbed by crows.
The Lapwings are sitting to produce another brood!
Lots of Swallows and Martins feeding above the garden.
