end of day NZ style

Another hot one. Got the Yurt organised and homely. We're getting to grips with the balance of sun exposure, hats, covering up, sunscreen etc. No one burnt so I think we're getting it right.
We all went to the movies in Takaka town to see the Life of Pi. Great experience all round. The cinema is one screen with standard seats and sofa's and bean bags. Chilled glasses of water for free and everyone knew everyone else, plus the film was breath taking. The 4 adults and 3 kids went to the bar for a beer/coke and discussion of the film after. So good.
Home for sunset dinner on the balcony overlooking the valley and a night cap in front of the portable fire - every home should have one out here for the chillier evenings.
