Green

I had a lovely walk with Oscar through the woods - very few people which was lovely! I loved how the green of the trees was reflected by the stream.  Just as I arrived home I heard The Exile coming up the back lane so called her in to do my hair! She has never used clippers before but was well up for trying them! I sat with a teatowel round my shoulders in the back garden and off came my hair! I think it's called a short back and sides! We decided to leave the top for the moment as it looks ok! 
The rest of the day I made bread! Sourdough and brioche! The brioche was quite simple - just a lot of mixing! It took me a while to find the dough blades for the mixer in the upstairs room - I found 4! It then took me  longer to attach the right ones! The scary bit was having to flatten the dough after it's rise! Come the evening I had both in the fridge to prove and improve flavour overnight!
