I was first up and last to bed today. Between dawn and dusk I did some vigorous gardening,  watched Arsenal win the FA Cup, spent lots of time en famille, read 50 pages of my latest book, agreed with the family what they can buy me for my birthday, had a lovely long telephone call with Big Sis, had burger night and ice cream (not at the same time of course, you would be sick) and had an afternoon nap.
