Sunshiney day

Some sunshine today, which made a nice change from the endless rain... Here's the window alcove by the kitchen sink. Another job on the list...

Not much going on today. Mr B continued his brave quest to replace floors and ceilings in the broken corner of the house, and I briefly had to provide my brute strength (?) to help out. So, standing on wobbly scaffolding, which in turn was standing on a floor of uncertain rottenness, I held up my end of a too heavy beam, with shaking legs and the ever present possibility that Mr B's drilling and hammering would bring down the decidedly rotten ceiling above on my head.

It didn't.
