Rainbows Under Construction, Aylesford

Was so glad it was the end of the week as I was all out of energy. It's getting to the time of year where I'm working on so many photography sale deadlines at the same that it starts to make my mind spin. I often find on a Friday night that I can't quite get my brain to stop buzzing and, even though I try to relax, I often don't sleep well or have dreams that seem to feature artworks or photography in some kind of anxiety inducing pattern.
This morning I woke up with  a crowning headache (one glass of wine too many!) and felt really exhausted and out of sorts but a short run in the cold sunny morning air sorted that out quite quickly. The rest of today is just going to be a relaxing read of the papers, an afternoon snooze (with pipe and slippers - only joking!) and perusing my new photography books that I've treated myself to. Lovely.
Today's shot was taken in my village before going for a delicious meal of pizza and skinny fries. It may have been accompanied by a beer (the headache was a distant memory).
