MOUTHWATERING

The titles...for some bizarre reason..have all begun with M

Today the title sums up most of the food on our holiday.
We had a lazy start..The Rev went out to get morning frappes...and stuff for our usual mouthwatering holiday sandwiches. He also got the local Kalamata cakes.
#We went down to the beach for most of the day and chilled. It wasn’t crowded where we were which was good. It’s a nice busy beach.
#someone ordered shrimps they were enormous ...we had to order them too...delicious.
In the evening we drove up to the old town. It was rather disappointing compared to Nafplio
#we had a gyros €2:50 each!!!! from this unique kiosk by 23rd March Square....the site of the start of independence from the Turks.
# we had a drink a bar own this street and a walk to the impressive cathedral.
#then we went back to the modern port and shared a crepe with chocolate and strawberries €8
#then onto a snazzy bar for cocktails €18 for 2!!!...holiday budget priorities :)))
