All change

Into the office early and quickly into meetings about issues with the first day of semester. Did a walk round the square at class changeover time and still eerily quiet, with staff reporting very few students around or timetabled classes taking place.
Managed to get quite a lot done, and a chat to L about her developing discussion paper, then home to work here for the afternoon.
My niece K and her partner D arrived on their way south from a holiday in Glencoe and dropped their things before heading out to look around the city.
Busy afternoon, then they came home and we headed to local Middle Eastern restaurant for a spread of mezze and their delicious bread. We went early whilst it was still really quiet then home to watch Ratched.... very stylish and stylised, some excellent parts, but K and I had to hide behind our cushions for quite a lot of it as it was more violent/gruesome than we expected. Luckily D could tell us when it was safe to watch again!
Had an early night and left them watching another episode...
