Sunshine on the water

Not a great photo of me but a great photo of sunshine on the water.

This morning we went to the River Almond and met our friend Kay for a walk.

We had a lovely time but Ann is still finding these new rules very, very, very frustrating!!!

..................There's no point in RANTING.  I guess we just have to accept it.  Though having said that; hopefully when we go down to St Ives at the end of next week, we might be able to have a little bit more human interaction than we're having at the moment????
