Diary of an Edinburgher

Pretzel visits again

Popped to the charity shop to get rid of donate yet more stuff. We’ve got it sussed now, and go to a big shop - often the more local wee shops can’t handle more stuff.

Back home for breakfast, and then Pretzel joined us for the day, as today they move across town to their new bigger house. Exciting.

I’m SO glad we went to the beach yesterday, because today’s weather wasn’t too nice for being outside. But the dogs were happy to relax all day on their respective sofas. I did take them out for a walk round the block in the afternoon, and kept going until they had both performed. Thank goodness the icy pavements had disappeared.

I rang Uncle A to wish him a happy birthday.

Not much else has been accomplished. JR went to the supermarket. I did hear the ‘thunder’ last night, and thought it was thunder, but it appears half the population thought it was explosions and rang the police. It was apparently a ‘thundersnow’ and seems to be unusual, as it’s been reported on the BBC news all day - you’d think there was no other news...
