Little red riding hood
A bit of an interrupted night, I think it was down to us having the appt with his consultant this afternoon more than anything.
We were awake 8.30, had breakfast in bed, cornflakes and toasted fruit loaf for hub, fruit n yogurt for me.....I tackled some ironing whilst hub lazed a while. Then I packed an overnight bag, just in case! At least we would be prepared if the worst happened.
We had a bowl of soup and cheese on toast for lunch, before leaving home around 2pm.
Weather was grey and drizzly but has gradually got wetter as the day has gone on.
Apologies for this selfie....the only photo taken today. It was to send to the lady who I bought my new long line red gillet from, for her fb business page. Im really pleased with it.
Hubs bloods were all ok, the xray was discussed when we saw his consultant. She is very pleased with his progress, 50% reduction in size so far! His lung finction has improved to 2/3s from a 1/3..... needless to say we are very relieved, happy and most of all hopeful for more improvements after next 2 cycles and beyond.
Tonight has just gone by in a flash, so many messages, whatsapps, emails etc. We did try to watch The Pembrokeshire Murders, but we have been a little distracted :-))
I hope you have all had a good first day to,your week, and keep on staying safe.
