Ready To Pounce

I’m not a cat person I much prefer dogs but this put a smile on my face. Something had caught its attention, it sat there following something on the ground for the entire five minutes I stood watching.
Later as we left in Clare’s van on our way home it ran across in front of us, that was one of its nine away!

It’s not exactly the weather for walking nor being outside really, the miserable weather kind of fits in with the atmosphere around the town, dark and gloomy.

Covid has now arrived into my family, my brother-in-law in Surrey now has tested positive but appears ok.
Here’s hoping he stays that way.
