Sa called round this morning with a home made Victoria sandwich. It was delicious and so kind of her. Mary Berry recipe apparently. Had a root around in the garage to see if there’s anything salvageable before I get the clearance people in. Apart from the paving slabs and massive work bench which I knew about, I found another huge mirror with a quite ornate frame. Think someone could upcycle that. Will try to pass them all on via gumtree. Also found about 200 singles (vinyl records). Maybe a charity shop will take those. Had a quick walk to town - gorgeous blue sky as I was walking home through the park
