Todmorden Aldi

On Thursday 18th February Aldi in Todmorden opened its doors.
It has been built on the site of the old Olympia cinema as you can see in my 'Then and Now' Blip.
Todmorden used to have three cinemas, but no supermarkets.  Now it has three supermarkets but no cinemas.
The car park has been built on the adjacent site that was the Abraham Ormerod Medical Centre (see my Extra) - a fine building that had been sadly neglected by various authorities over the years.
