Reunion!

12 months ago I headed north to the Eden Health Retreat in Queensland and had the good fortune to meet Sue a really wonderful character.  We really hit it off and I have to say it was a great group altogether that week.  We have been trying to meet up for just on 12 months now but with the border restrictions and lockdowns in Australia it took four attempts before I could drive to the Yarra Valley.  Sue lives in Melbourne and very kindly drove up to visit us at Wombat Bend.  We had a fantastic day together and a highlight was a visit to the Tarawarra Museum of Art which is located just outside the village of Healesville.   I have added an extra that shows some of the exquisite work on display by Indigenous artists Judy Watson and Yvonne Scarce.  It truly is a magnificent gallery and one I will be sure to visit whenever I’m in the area.  Oh, I nearly forgot to mention that our first port of call was Yering Station for the most scrumptious lunch.  As you will see we all went for the same starter :)
